Issue 2 completed.

Added static OpenRGB device mapping and validation layer.

The validator confirms:

expected GPU device and 4-LED zone
expected ASUS motherboard device
Aura Mainboard 3-LED zone with first 2 LEDs marked usable
Aura Addressable 1 6-LED zone mapped as top_fractal_fans for now
Aura Addressable 2 6-LED zone reserved until physical confirmation
Aura Addressable 3 36-LED zone mapped as thermaltake_aurora_fans
usable LED indexes are validated before future RGB writes

No RGB-writing behavior was added in this issue.

Remaining follow-up:

Physically confirm whether Aura Addressable 1 or Aura Addressable 2 controls the top Fractal fans using a future safe zone-identification script.
