v1.0.1 - Maintenance and startup reliability

Maintenance release after v1.0.

Scope:

• clean dead skeleton files
• fix known runtime bug(s)
• improve signal handling
• add first regression/integrity tests
• resolve documentation/config mismatch
• improve OpenRGB startup reliability if possible

This milestone should stabilize the current RGB Aura runtime before larger v1.1/v1.2 work starts.
