v1.1.1 — Aura pack expansion and hardening
Objective
Expand and harden the JSON animation-pack system after the first v1.1.0 vertical slice.
This milestone exists to improve reliability, usability, schema clarity, test coverage, diagnostics, and the LLM prompt workflow before moving to the fully portable v1.2.0 creation studio.
Deliverable goal
By the end of this milestone, the JSON animation-pack workflow should be more robust, easier to debug, easier for LLMs to follow, and safer to use repeatedly.

- Schema improvements based on real pack generation.
- Better validator diagnostics.
- More example packs.
- More tests.
- Better documentation.
- Better prompt package structure.
- Better dry-run/preview summaries.
- Better failure messages.
- Hardening around edge cases found in v1.1.0.

- Full portable machine setup wizard.

Completion criteria
This milestone is complete when the JSON animation-pack workflow is stable enough to become the foundation for the portable v1.2.0 Aura Creation Studio.
